Me and my baby were supposed to be observed for 24 hours but this didn't happen till the next day.
Even though observations were conducted a little late, the care has still been good.

Very caring staff, everything explained very clearly.
Good calm attitude helped to allay anxiety.
I don't know how an improvement could be made but it was very noisy overnight with nurses and bells at very frequent intervals!
